 Driving into Grand Champions, you are greeted by this lovely landscaped waterfall. Our 188 is seconds away on the golf course side. The Wailea tennis club and many fine restaurants & shops are within walking distance.
 Lush tropical grounds surround our condo. Reserved parking for 1 vehicle is adjacent to the building.
 One of Grand Champions 2 pools is outside our condo. From our lanai we can watch the kids play and spot friends on the 7th hole of the Blue course, view the West Maui Mountains and delight in the ocean breezes.
 We have had fun making this spacious one bedroom, two bath upper floor unit our own. This entry table and mirror is a favorite and sets the tone for our decorating.
 Tropical surroundings beckon you in our newly decorated living room. The sense of Hawaii is inside and out. Our living room offers a true island feel. The furniture is bamboo with Mactan stone tops
As you move into the condo, the great room and views beyond beckon. High ceiling give an even greater sense of space. With ceiling fans everywhere, we hardly feel the need for our A/C.
 Looking toward the kitchen and dining room from the living room you get a sense of the flow of our space.
 The kitchen is efficient and well organized and outfitted with most anything you need for a gourmet meal, snack or island style pupus.
 The breakfast bar is used to as a serving buffet, and for meals but most often to keep the cook company!
 The dining area seats 4-6 comfortably and enjoys wrap around tropical views.
 New carpeting and furniture capture the tropical theme throughout the living space. The beautiful teak entertainment center contains a new 27" TV with cable, combo DVD/VCR player and a 5 disc player.

 For those times when you have a guest overnight, a second full bath with tub shower is available.
 New antique night tables in the bedroom offer a Tommy Bahama feel. To insure you can sleep as late as you like, we've added blackout roman shades - good for privacy too.
 You'll sleep well in our island style bed with a tropical luxury feel. We had fun selecting art for this space.
 The master bath offers plenty of room for two, a large, walk-in shower, mirrors and lots of counter space complete this space.
 Our updated master bedroom suite has beautiful antique chests, one with a flat screen TV. The adjoining bath with plantation shutters for privacy and a large dressing area.
 We love to sit out there at night, have the candle lit dinners and watch the beautiful lights & view of the pool.
